Terms of Service

Quotes and scope

Each project is defined by a written quote or proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Payment

Unless your quote says otherwise, projects require a 50% deposit to begin and the remaining balance on approval, before final files are delivered. Projects over $5,000 may be billed in milestones. Recurring services are billed monthly in advance.

Revisions and approvals

Revision rounds are listed in each package. "Unlimited revisions" means revisions within the agreed scope and concept direction, while the project is active.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback and access needed for the project in good time. Projects inactive for 30 days without a response may be closed, and the work completed to that point invoiced.

Ownership

When paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you. Third-party items such as stock photos, fonts, plugins and themes remain subject to their own licenses. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
