Refund Policy

Before work starts
If you cancel before any design or development work has begun, your deposit is refunded in full, less any third-party costs already incurred.
After work starts
Once work has begun, refunds are assessed against the work already delivered. Approved milestones and delivered files are not refundable.
Recurring services
Monthly services can be cancelled with notice before the next billing date. The current month is not refunded.
How to request
Email us with your invoice number and the reason for your request. We reply within 5 business days.
